We are publishing a series of articles to describe the main features offered by our Live better, not perfect (Livebnp) membership. This triangle covers three areas, which are essential for well-being:

  2. People: The people around us and our relationships with them make our lives meaningful. Relationships (a.k.a people) actually make being alive worthwhile.

The Livebnp Online Courses

One of the main features to deliver value to our Livebnp members is via online on-demand courses. Our coaches are creating an extensive library of courses that cover all aspects that are important to improve well-being overall. These are all in line with our triangle. All courses are online and self-paced, include videos, self-assessments, and helpful resources like articles, checklists, tools, or links to related websites.

Essential Knowledge About Healthy Nutrition

The right nutrition is one of the most effective levers that we have to improve our health and as a consequence our well-being. Unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation floating around -- especially about magic diets. Spoiler: they don’t exist. 

In this course, we take a look at the fundamentals of healthy nutrition that will deliver results. Remember: it’s a long-term game and we want results that we can sustain forever. We cover the concept of energy need and balance, the macro split into proteins, fats and carbohydrates, hydration, micronutrients, and vitamins, and point you to useful recipes.

What Is Fitness?

Fitness or feeling fit is another essential aspect of well-being. Fitness may mean different things to different people. Some may want to run a marathon, compete in a strength competition, become a better climber, become more flexible, increase energy levels or simply be healthy in older age so they can play with their grandchildren. The spectrum is wide but the mechanisms are very similar. It is the balance that we need to get right to achieve the goal that we are after. In this course, we will discuss what fitness is and what are the mechanisms that we can introduce to our lives to improve fitness.

How to Find Purpose and Meaning to Live a Better and Longer Life

This course is about how we can train our mindset so we can find purpose and meaning to live the life we want and makes us happy. Among others in this course you will gain an understanding about having a self-transcending purpose and meaning in life is essential for optimal well-being. You will learn and practice the ability to create a purpose for your life and stay connected to it daily

The Path to Your Success With Live better, not perfect

We as the Live better, not perfect coaches are always here to help. In order to help you navigate all of our content and features we created a unique tool. 

We call it our success path

Our success path is a structured and guided way to help our members succeed in their transformation to improve their well-being. We offer various consecutive learning stages -- almost like a university. Every stage is clearly described and summarises all the content, exercises, and tools that you will consume. Finally, each stage has a milestone, which is similar to a self-assessment. If you can identify yourself with the milestone of a certain stage, you are ready to move on to the next one. The success path, therefore, is a recommended way to leverage all the content available to you.
